TXTfi is a mobile commerce Shopify app designed to allow customers to text in their orders and communicate with merchant via sms.

I worked hand in hand with product stakeholders to build a strategy for this product. I collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams on a day-to-day basis to shape and implement solutions leading towards our vision. My role also involved:
